RECOMMENDED USE OF REPAREL
Since Reparel does not need to rely on standard compression, Reparel can be worn safely and comfortably 24/7.  In fact, we recommend wearing Reparel while you sleep to optimize the body's healing processes while at rest.  Reparel can be worn for several days and weeks without washing, depending on frequency of use and level of activity.  Most Reparel products can be washed normally, but do hang to dry.  Please also avoid contact with velcro, as this will fray the product.
