The Center for Joint Replacement building is accessible through the main entrance at Washington Hospital in Fremont.  This entrance is wheelchair accessible with free valet parking.  You will be directed to our clinic by the main lobby staff at the main entrance.  

From San Jose/ Oakland (I-880):   Exit Mowry Avenue East.  Washington Hospital is on the right at the corner of Mowry Avenue and Civic Center Drive.

From Pleasanton (I-680):  Exit on Mission Blvd and turn right onto Mission Blvd.  Turn left onto Mowry Avenue.  Washington Hospital is on the left at the corner of Mowry Avenue and Civic Center Drive.

BART:    We are located next to the Fremont Bart Station for those patients using this mode of transportation. 

From I-280 toward Palo Alto/Menlo Park Exit Sand Hill Road, toward Stanford/Palo Alto. Turn left onto Santa Cruz Avenue and turn slight right to stay on Santa Cruz Avenue.  Turn left on University Drive and take your first right onto Oak Grove Avenue. 

From Hwy 101 Take Willow Road exit (West).  Turn right onto Middlefield Road, left onto Oak Grove Avenue. 

We are 1/4 mile down on the left side at:  695 Oak Grove Ave,  Suite 200. We are located on the second floor in the “Oak Grove Medical, Dental and Office Center” building.  Parking lots are available between Oak Grove and Santa Cruz, and Oak Grove and Chestnut, as well as street parking on Oak Grove.
