Our goal in providing the best joint care possible, is to do so in the most personal and compassionate way possible. This begins with our commitment to our patients to treat them as individuals, recognizing their unique preferences and qualities. To us, the personal touch can be very impactful in the healing process.
There is a desire to have and use the newest and most advanced technologies and techniques. However, in medicine, these qualities do not often lead to the best or most durable outcomes. With careful evaluation and training in new technologies, followed by thorough evaluation and research, we implement new techniques in a careful way.
In a quest for continued improvement and development, I believe that research keeps me up to date with new technologies and techniques. Similarly, teaching other healthcare providers and surgeons is important. These activities help foster relationships with other thought leaders so that we can further discuss ideas.
The team is better than the individual. We have assembled a team which is the collaboration of multiple specialty groups who leaders in their field. We work together, to provide the most comprehensive joint program possible.
The three-floor facility is separate from the main hospital, linked by a sky bridge on the middle floor. There are 30 private rooms in the facility for our patients. There is a conference room where group physical therapy sessions, and preoperative teaching classes take place. The Fremont clinic is located at the top floor.
